String Broke...And Fast!

Samie seemed to have fun about 10 minutes until the string broke. My wife was watching him. She said he just pulled on it and it broke. We tied the string back together and the string broke again! Samie is no bruiser. He's less than 10 pounds, He didn't bite the string. He just pulled on it.

I went onto the manufacturer's website to notify them. No reply. I guess they don't care, but you might if you pay for something that breaks within the first 10 minutes.

The first time our cats played with this toy, one of our cats chewed off the black ball, but I flipped it around and tied it to the string LOL! We have 9 cats and they all play in groups of three=the others waiting their turns on the sidelines! It has brought us many hours of entertainment and laughter! We highly recommend this to anybody that loves to see their cats (kids) of all ages play! you will truly like this toy and your cats will be thanking you for getting them this!

I bought this Panic Mouse quite a while ago but didn't get to use it soon enough to return. I set it up and my cats loved it.
The next day I turned it on again and it did nothing. I changed the batteries (even though the others were fresh) and still NOTHING. What a disappointing waste of money. I guess I received a dud.

My 2 cats are my babies. This was the perfect gift for them at Christmas. Entertainment for them and audience. One is declawed and the other isn't - so no worries there. Great if you have a kitten or a cat that isn't fully grown because the heigth is adjustable. Just adjust the speed with a turn of the nose which serves as a dial. The cats have lots of fun with it and get a good workout as well. It is just so clever and sturdy. My cats enjoy it and I love watching them play with it. Thanks HSN!
